To edit your profile, click on your name in the upper right corner, then click “Profile”:
On this page, click Edit to change your profile information. You can also change your profile photo and cover image here:
Privacy is customizeable on all info on your profile except for your username, profile photo, and cover image. You can leave any information you don’t want publicly displayed blank. To change privacy settings on individual fields, click “Change” under each field:
You can then change the privacy to Everyone (public), Only Me, All Members, or Friends:
Click “Close” and save your changes.
You can export all of your Vintageist data at anytime. Click your name in the upper right corner, then “Settings” and “Export Data”:
By default, your posts are viewable to all logged-in Vintageist members (non-registered/non-logged-in members cannot view Vintageist content). To change this for an individual post, click the “EVERYONE” dropdown and select your privacy level:
You can add upto 6 photos per post. To add photos click the folder icon under the text box:
You can then drag-and-drop your media file(s), or search for them on your computer. On mobile devices, you will be prompted to search for the files from your device’s photo library.
To add a video link just copy the video link into the text box above.
File uploads are limited to 3MB. If your file is rejected, please save at a smaller file size.

To add a check-in to a post, click the map-marker icon under the post box:
NOTE: Check-ins will not work unless you allow Vintageist to use location services on your device.
To add an Event, click on your name in the upper right corner, click “Events”, then “My Profile”:
On your Events Profile page, click “Add New” to create a new event:
You will also see a list of events you have previously RSVPed to or created.
Fill out the information completely and click “Submit Event.”
To edit or delete an event, click your name in the upper right corner, then “Events” / “My Events”:
SHOPPING ON THE MARKETPLACE
Our marketplace is set up similarly to buying and selling on Facebook. All transactions on the Vintageist Marketplace are handled directly through the individual sellers. Vintageist is not responsible for any products listed, shipping/transit times, payments, or returns/disputes. All questions about items and purchases should be directed to the seller.
Each seller determines their own pricing, payment methods, shipping, and return policy.
